The next time you take a walk down the road, look around you. The local grocer, the old man at the garage, the primary school teacher, the homemaker, the captain of the restaurant, the pizza delivery boy, the YouTube celebrity or the local politician. Manager are everywhere. Managing resources- everything from money, to time, personal image, people and ideas.

But often in the corporate rush, we tend to ignore these small but vital lessons that are right in front of us. We overlook the pure logic in their ways distilled by the practicalities of real life and struggle. The aim of this blog and the author is to talk to, gather data, study, analyze, learn and share the essence of management from the Common Managers.
